Other Classes and Events

Using whole food supplements and dietary changes you can get your body back on track to a heathier you. This is a womens only group, so you can feel free to be yourself. We will be meeting 5 times over the course of the 21 days for discussion and support while changing our habits around food and wellness. A private facebook group will be launched to chat with your friends in the group to share recipes, information, and support when that craving hits! At the end of the 21 days you will know more about yourself, food, and a path to a state of wellness.
